One Line at a Time
My involvement with line dancing started in 1995 with my very first class. From the first dance (Elvira!) I was hooked. Over the years I’ve seen the line dancing scene change and evolve, but the one thing that has remained consistent is the camaraderie between the dancers.
The more experienced dancers helping the beginners and the whispers of “how does this one start?” In 2005 I took over two classes and started my teaching career. I love seeing the delight in the faces of absolute beginners when they have mastered a dance. I have also choreographed a number of dances, with one appearing in the Linedancer Magazine beginner chart.
Away from the line dancing I enjoy going to concerts and my favorite band is Bon Jovi. I have been to one of their concerts each time they have come to the UK, sometimes seeing them twice!
